This report includes vehicles with CO2 emissions of
149g/km and less (3-phase WLTP) for ‘light’ vehicles. Due to
insufficient data, for heavy vehicles and motorcycles, battery electric,
fuel cell and hybrid vehicles are included.
‘Light’ vehicles are those with a GVM (gross vehicle mass,
i.e. maximum allowed weight with load) of 3,500kg and less. Motorcycles
are included as per MVR data.
Trolley buses are listed as active in the MVR, so are included in
this report. The vehicles are not in use and are unlikely to return to
use as trolley buses though some may do so with new engines fitted.
